If capsular contracture occurs and only the implant is removed, will the nose shrink again?

If the inflammation is not severe, removing the implant and the capsule, followed by proper treatment of the inflammation, usually prevents severe deformation.

However, if the implant is removed when the inflammation is already severe, the tissue may shrink and deform a bit more during the healing process of the remaining inflammation.

Nevertheless, if the implant is not removed, a much more severe contracture will occur, so the implant must be removed as quickly as possible.
