Why did you decide to get plastic surgery?

Real Model: I am currently working as a model, and since I have to heavily Photoshop my nose after photoshoots,

that's the main reason I decided to get surgery.

I live in Korea, studying abroad, and working as a model.

Because I work as a model, I have a lot of photoshoots,

which made me think a lot about getting rhinoplasty.

Having to edit my nose so much after shoots was a big concern for me.

Today's Surgical Goal and PLAN

Dr. Seo Seung-jo: For Jeong Ye-rina, who is having surgery today,

✅ We will enhance her existing strengths to create a three-dimensional and attractive face.

✅ We will lengthen her short nose while keeping her looking youthful and adding dimension!

As you can see in the photos, she has a pretty face with a clean image.

However, since she works as a model, her face can look a bit flat in photos,

so she asked to enhance her strengths while making her face more three-dimensional and attractive.

✔ Her face looks long overall,

✔ Her nasal bridge is quite low,

✔ Her columella is straight, so even though her nose isn't overly upturned, it gives a slightly piggy appearance.

👉 Therefore, we are going to make the columella line a bit rounder.

By doing this, we will make the length of the nose look slightly longer in the mid-face.

If the nose becomes too long, the mid-face will look long, but if the nose is short compared to a long mid-face,

it also makes the mid-face appear long.

So, you can think of it as resolving that elongated feeling a bit more through rhinoplasty.
