Today, we will be reviewing a case of double chin and V-line lifting.

First of all, the patient visited our clinic with concerns about sagging side cheeks and a double chin.

Before Surgery

Before the surgery, the patient's side cheeks, often referred to as jowls,

can be seen sagging to the sides with a significant amount of volume.

Because the lower part of the double chin was bulging outwards,

the boundary between the jaw and the neck also appeared somewhat unclear.

​

Consultation and Surgical Process​

Therefore, to correct the jawline and side cheek lines for this patient,

we recommended a V-line lifting along with a double chin thread lifting.

Day of Surgery ​

By performing the V-line lifting and targeting the jowl area, we can see that it was

lifted and held up quite well.

Furthermore, the sunken areas on the sides were slightly filled with volume,

creating an overall smooth line.

In the case of the double chin, the 45-degree boundary between the jaw and neck has also improved,

and the bulging, downward-sagging

appearance itself has adhered more closely, resulting in a smoother look.

With just the V-line lifting and double chin thread lifting,

you can see that the facial line has been neatly refined.
