2. The amount of excess skin

This patient had relatively thick skin, so I thought there would be some tissue to work with,

and her eyes closed well when she shut them.

Therefore, the director decided not to perform a double-line incision, but instead changed the fixation of the overly deep double eyelid to a shallower one!!

And this is the surgical result 1 year later. The front line of the double eyelid has become thinner,

and because the deeply sunken part now folds more shallowly,
