BEFORE & AFTER Before and After Surgery

Before

Jang Yu-jin previously had surgery using silicone and ear cartilage.

When viewed from the front, the nasal bridge looked a bit low and the nasal tip looked somewhat round and wide,

and when viewed from the side, the nasal bridge did not slope down naturally,

but rather had a kinked, upward-pointing appearance just above the nasal tip, which led her to decide on a revision surgery!

Surgical Method

The revision surgery was performed using ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and donated rib cartilage.

A slightly thicker silicone implant was used up to just above the nasal tip to change the overall line and shape of the nose.

AFTER

Before the surgery, the nasal bridge seemed to slope down naturally, then break off in the middle before the tip protruded.

Now, it has been changed to connect smoothly and naturally.

​

Although the nasal tip didn't become extremely slim, compared to before the surgery, the feeling of only the tip looking round

has naturally improved.

When viewed from the side, through the correction of the nasolabial angle (the angle between the columella and the lips),

the face has gained overall dimensionality and transformed into a more vibrant-looking face.

such as changes in height and the shape of the nasolabial angle line, which alter the overall impression.
