2) Analyzing the characteristics of face-to-face interactions and understanding customer psychology

3) Building rapport through small talk

4) Providing alternative responses for various situations

A professional CS instructor led the training for each of these topics.

It was a very meaningful and productive time where we could better understand our customers' feelings

and reflect on areas where we could improve.
