A true protruding mouth is a genuine protruding mouth, while a pseudo-protruding mouth is not.

A pseudo-protruding mouth simply appears to be a protruding mouth.

So, what are the criteria for determining if someone has a protruding mouth?

If someone has a protruding mouth, we commonly say their mouth protrudes.

If we look at where it protrudes from, you can consider it based on the forehead.

This is the most accurate method.

I believe that only by judging the presence of a protruding mouth based on the brow bone within the forehead can it be considered a true protruding mouth.

For example, let's draw a nose and mouth.

Does it look like a protruding mouth?

People with this kind of structure usually want to reduce their mouth protrusion.

Therefore, many people undergo orthognathic surgery (ASO), but there's a problem.
