Can dark circles be removed with surgery?

Dark circles can be divided into two main types. The first is when shadows are cast in the area due to the tear trough ligament, making it look like dark circles, and the second is when pigmentation occurs in the skin under the eyes itself.

Among these, dark circles caused by the tear trough ligament can be eliminated through under-eye fat repositioning or lower blepharoplasty. Dark circles caused by pigmentation can be improved using a pigment laser.
