Is it possible to create a smooth nose by only shaving the hump or without touching it at all?

If the nasal bridge already has some height, we can create a smooth bridge just by shaving the hump.

Also, in cases where shaving too much of the hump would lower the nose too much, we can shave only a portion of it, or

we can leave the hump as is and fill in the remaining deficient areas using materials such as dermis to create a smooth contour.
