Today, I would like to review the case of a male patient who was concerned about

sunken under-eyes and dark circles.

Before Surgery

He is a male in his late 20s who had almost no bulging under-eye fat but severe hollowness.

With sunken under-eyes and severe pigmentation, he had a tired and depressed-looking impression,

which caused him a lot of stress, and he wanted to improve his sunken under-eyes.

Consultation and Surgical Method

Through under-eye fat repositioning, we released the strong adhesion in the tear trough area,

and then planned to fill the volume through fat grafting so that the area wouldn't look hollow.

1 Week After Surgery

Since it's only the 7th day, there is still some swelling,

and for fat grafting, the approximate shape can be confirmed after 2 weeks.

It looks slightly bulging now, but it will subside appropriately,

and even though the skin tone itself hasn't directly changed, it gives a much brighter feeling.
