Today, I would like to review a rhinoplasty case.

Before Surgery

This patient visited us with concerns about a drooping nasal tip and a long nose.

From the front, the corners of the mouth were slightly asymmetrical, making the facial asymmetry stand out,

and from the side, the nasal bridge was protruding, and the nasal tip was deviated and bulbous.

Diagnosis and Surgical Plan

The deviation of the nasal bridge was balanced and corrected using a silicone implant,

and the deviation of the nasal tip was addressed by correcting the asymmetry of the internal nasal structure through septoplasty,

based on which the surgery was performed to improve the asymmetry of the nasal tip as well.

After Surgery

Looking at the front after surgery, you can feel that the face has an overall more balanced and straight impression.

In person, the improved facial symmetry is even more clearly visible.

The asymmetrical mouth corners from before the surgery were also naturally improved,

and from the side, rather than excessively raising the nasal bridge, the glabella was elevated just slightly,

showing correction results focused on straightening the deviation of the nasal bridge.

Overall, you can notice a change where the facial proportions have become more refined and neat.
