Today, I would like to review a natural adhesion revision surgery case.

Before Surgery

This patient is a female in her 20s who previously had non-incisional double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and lateral canthoplasty.

About 2 to 3 weeks ago, she had an allergic reaction in her eyes, causing her right double eyelid to loosen. While correcting this,

she wanted to make the double eyelid line a bit higher than the previous one.

In many cases where the skin is thick, the incisional method is required. However, for this patient,

because her skin is thin and she does not have much fat, I determined that raising the line slightly could be done using the non-incisional method.

Consultation and Surgical Method

For this patient, we raised the double eyelid line by about 2mm using the natural adhesion (dermal adhesion) burial method,

and designed a semi-out line that looks more natural and refreshing than before.

1 Month After Surgery

Looking at the photo taken 1 month after surgery,

because we created a semi-out line, the line is fully visible from the front to the back, unlike before surgery.

This gives the impression of a significantly larger line and makes the eyes look much more open and refreshing.
