Is a glamorous nose impossible with thin skin?

During rhinoplasty, having nasal tip skin that is too thick is an issue,

but having skin that is too thin is also a problem.

Inevitably, there will be limitations during the surgery.

If the cartilage is raised too high from the inside, the skin becomes even thinner,

and because it has thinned out, the cartilage may show through,

or poor blood circulation could cause the skin color to look different.

Therefore, we do not recommend raising the nose too high for patients with thin skin.
