The first condition is the proportion of the eyes,

which includes the distance between the eyes and eyebrows, the space between the double eyelid line and eyelashes,

and the ratio of the distance between the double eyelid line and the eyebrows.

The second condition is the width of the sclera,

the third condition is the ratio of the epicanthal fold to the double eyelid line,

the fourth condition is the facial shape,

and the fifth condition is the degree of eye protrusion.

Then, what kind of eyes are considered unattractive?

The first is when the eyes look too close together due to an excessive epicanthoplasty.

In this case, anyone can easily tell that the surgery went wrong.

The second is when the eyes and eyebrows are close together,

but an out-fold double eyelid line was created.

If the eyes are slightly protruding,

an out-fold double eyelid can settle beautifully,

but if the eyes are somewhat sunken or the eyebrows are sagging,

there is no space to create a line due to the U-shaped structure.

Third, having large and protruding eyes

is not always advantageous for surgery.

When surgery goes wrong on such eyes, it can go very wrong.

People with these eyes usually have thin skin,

so if the double eyelid is made incorrectly, a sausage line can form,

and it is also difficult to lower it again if the surgery was done via the incision method.

However, if the line is too thin, the pupils will be exposed too much,

so it is important to set the double eyelid line at a height that is neither too high nor too low.

The fourth is when canthoplasty is performed disproportionately to the ratio of the sclera.

If the front part of the sclera surrounding the pupil is only slightly exposed,

but excessive lateral and lower canthoplasty is performed, the eyes will droop and only the back part of the sclera will be heavily exposed.

Then, the eyes may become longer, but the pupils can look cross-eyed,

and since the eyes are already close together, epicanthoplasty also becomes an ambiguous option.

Even when performing canthoplasty, the surgery must proceed

by carefully considering the ratio of the inner and outer sclera.

Lastly, it is when a strong line is created despite having deep epicanthal folds.

In this case, the front line of the eye is high while the back line sags backward,

or it can result in very fierce-looking eyes.

To create beautiful eyes, the epicanthal fold and the double eyelid line

must be made to connect smoothly.
