What made you decide to get a rhinoplasty revision?​

This patient had her previous nose surgery 2 years ago,

but unlike what she wanted, the results were so natural that people around her didn't even know she had surgery,

and her complex, the bulbous nose, was not corrected, which led her to decide on a revision surgery.

Pre-Surgery Interview

Before the surgery, Yujin had a final consultation with Dr. Shim Jeong-hwan to discuss the points she wanted to improve before heading into the operating room.

Yujin mentioned that her nose looked wide, and because the overall height was low,

it made her mouth look relatively protruding, which she wanted to improve.

Surgical Plan

​

The sunken midface will be improved using an implant to add volume and dimension to the face,

and the slightly upturned nasal tip will be corrected by slightly lengthening the nose.

The protruding mouth will be addressed through nasolabial angle correction,

and the large, blunt appearance of the nose will become much slimmer

as the nasal tip is naturally elevated.
