Considering the shape you want, your preferred materials, and the amount of cartilage that can be harvested from your body,

you must find an appropriate compromise.

Generally, using the nasal septum to build the strut via septal extension,

raising the nasal tip a bit more with ear cartilage, and using silicone for the nasal bridge

tends to result in less drooping of the nasal tip and yields a beautiful shape.

However, if the amount of septal cartilage is insufficient, or if you want to significantly raise the nose, donated or autologous rib cartilage may be necessary.

If your nasal bridge is already high, a non-implant rhinoplasty without silicone might also be possible.
