After nose surgery, the degree to which the nasal tip drops varies slightly from person to person, but

in the case of our clinic, if you observe the swelling subside up to about the 2nd week,

it doesn't seem to drop much after that.

For patients whose nasal tip noticeably drops when they smile,

if it is forcibly extended too much, there can be cases where it drops

relatively more.
