Today, we'd like to share a little bit of

our clinic's daily life :)

A few days after surgery, a patient who came in for a follow-up visit

was so happy and thankful for the surgical results

that they gave us three boxes of snacks.

Snacks they bought themselves!!! 🎁🍪🧁

Commemorative photos are always a must📸

​

Receiving the snack gifts cheered us up,

achieving a 3-combo of fatigue recovery + mood boost + teamwork enhancement haha

Another few days later...

Another patient, after the final design was completed on the day of surgery,

stopped the doctor as he was leaving the operating room

​

and handed him a large shopping bag,

saying it was a gift! 😳🙏✨

​

They even roughly figured out the number of staff members to prepare it,

and we were truly touched once again by their thoughtfulness… 🥹💖

​

Exchanging snacks, having small talks with the patient,

and building a bond

seems to be the most precious thing.

​

We expressed our gratitude to the patient,

and the surgery that day also ended successfully..^^

A few days later again~

It was a foreign patient who came a long way on a plane

and even brought snacks with them.

​

When we lifted the shopping bag to take a commemorative photo,

it was quite heavy...😮

​

At that moment, we could feel that the patient's warm heart

was contained in this shopping bag.

​

It's a small gift, but the sincerity inside it..🫰

​

On this day, there was an ★All-Staff Training at Uverse★~

It was a training session about lifting procedures.

Even though everyone is busy with work,

this is a time to meticulously check every small detail, share opinions, and double-check

to provide a better experience for each and every patient✨

Especially the key points to predict and prevent

minute changes or side effects that may appear after the procedure.

Since the head doctor who directly performs the procedures explained it,

it resonated much more from a trainee's perspective

and was a very helpful time for practical application.
